After gaining comprehensive experience in both resale and pre-construction transactions since 2021, Faiza Ahmed — a fully licensed and insured real estate broker (RECO Registration #4791581) — founded PropertyMesh in 2024 with a clear vision: to build a modern, tech-forward real estate platform for a new generation of buyers and investors. By being unburdened by outdated brokerage models, PropertyMesh focuses on transparent data, client-first service, and agile solutions that adapt to today’s fast-moving housing market.

Buyers who purchase with PropertyMesh are offered cash back of 1.0%–1.5% of the purchase price, with the exact amount confirmed in writing before we begin working together.
