Our Role
PropertyMesh.ca connects consumers with licensed REALTORS® (members of CREA) and provides seller listing programs (Flat Fee and Percentage models).
All licensed real estate activity is carried out under International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage (RECO #4799095), supervised by Faiza Ahmed, Broker (RECO #4791581).
PropertyMesh itself is not a separate brokerage of record; your agreements are with International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage and the REALTOR® you choose to work with.
How We Earn Revenue

Seller Programs: Sellers who list with us may choose either Tier #1 ($5,000 flat fee) or Tier #2 (percentage-based full service). Tier #2 is typically 1.0% of the sale price for properties listed at $1.2M or more, and 1.25% or higher (as agreed in writing) for properties below $1.2M. Final commission terms are always documented in the signed listing agreement.

Buyer Cashback: Buyers may receive a commission rebate (typically 1.0%–1.5%), confirmed in writing before signing a Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA).

Builder/Referral Arrangements: PropertyMesh may receive compensation when connecting consumers with builders or third-party REALTORS®.
