PropertyMesh.ca (“PropertyMesh”) is committed to transparency. This page explains in plain language how our site operates, how we earn revenue, and the limits of our responsibility.

Our Role

PropertyMesh.ca connects consumers with licensed REALTORS® (members of CREA) and provides seller listing programs (Flat Fee and Percentage models).
All licensed real estate activity is carried out under International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage (RECO #4799095), supervised by Faiza Ahmed, Broker (RECO #4791581).
PropertyMesh itself is not a separate brokerage of record; your agreements are with International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage and the REALTOR® you choose to work with.

How We Earn Revenue

  • Seller Programs: Sellers who list with us may choose either Tier #1 ($5,000 flat fee) or Tier #2 (percentage-based full service). Tier #2 is typically 1.0% of the sale price for properties listed at $1.2M or more, and 1.25% or higher (as agreed in writing) for properties below $1.2M. Final commission terms are always documented in the signed listing agreement.

  • Buyer Cashback: Buyers may receive a commission rebate (typically 1.0%–1.5%), confirmed in writing before signing a Buyer Representation Agreement (BRA).

  • Builder/Referral Arrangements: PropertyMesh may receive compensation when connecting consumers with builders or third-party REALTORS®.

Important Notes

  • Commission rates and rebates are only binding once documented in your signed representation agreement with International Realty Firm, Inc., Brokerage.
