A. At the time of signing, each purchaser listed on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale must provide the following:

1. Valid Photo Identification
   Each purchaser must present valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport. Expired identification will not be accepted.

2. Deposit Payments
   All deposit cheques must be signed and made payable to [BUILDER NAME].
   The first deposit must be provided as a bank draft or certified cheque.

3. Deposit Submission Location
   Deposit payments must be delivered to the Unionglen Sales Office, located at:
   4660 Major Mackenzie Drive East, Markham, ON L6C 1K6.

4. Who May Provide Deposit Funds
   Bank drafts and deposit cheques will only be accepted from the purchasers named on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

A. Yes. All purchasers must obtain a mortgage commitment from a Tier 1 financial institution that is acceptable to the Vendor.

A. All documentation, including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and related forms, will be prepared and processed by the developer’s Sales Representatives using the Vendor’s approved forms. These documents must be completed either electronically via DocuSign or in person.

A. Yes. The Agreement of Purchase and Sale includes an assignment option (PropertyMesh agent(s) will also verify this information), subject to a fee and the terms and conditions outlined in the Vendor’s amendment to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.

A. Yes, however Purchaser #1 must be an individual with valid photo identification. The corporation may be added as Purchaser #2 either during the conditional period or after the Agreement of Purchase and Sale becomes firm. A copy of the corporation’s Articles of Incorporation will be required. The initial deposit must be provided from the personal account of Purchaser #1.

A. Only the purchasers who are present at the time of signing may be listed on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale. Within 10 days after signing, one additional immediate family member may be added to the agreement. However, the original purchaser(s) listed on the agreement cannot be removed.
