James House is a nine-storey mixed-use condominium at 10 James Street, on the corner of Bank Street and James Street in Ottawa’s Centretown neighbourhood. Completed in 2024, the building contains 127 loft-inspired residences with retail space at street level. The development was led by Urban Capital Property Group in partnership with Taggart Group, with architecture by RAW Design and interiors by Unison Group.

Residences feature contemporary, industrial-inspired design elements, including exposed concrete details and expansive windows. Building amenities include concierge service, a fitness centre, a yoga and Pilates studio, a resident lounge and party room, an exterior garden, a product library and a heated rooftop saltwater pool with an outdoor lounge. The Bank Street location provides convenient access to Centretown restaurants, shops, services and public transit.
