Forma Condos by Frank Gehry

Forma Condos by Frank Gehry is a landmark two-tower condominium development on King Street West in Toronto’s Entertainment District. Designed by internationally renowned architect Frank Gehry and developed by Dream, Great Gulf and Westdale Properties, the project is planned around two distinctive residential towers. The 73-storey East Tower includes 864 condominium residences, while the 84-storey West Tower is planned with 1,404 residences, bringing the development to 2,268 planned homes across both towers.

The East Tower is currently under construction, while the West Tower represents the future second component of the development. Forma is also planned to introduce residential amenities, public and cultural spaces, alongside a distinctive architectural presence on Toronto’s downtown skyline.

Its King Street West location places residents close to theatres, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, transit and many of Toronto’s major downtown destinations.
