Greenwood Seaton

Greenwood Seaton is a new freehold townhome community in North Pickering featuring homes by OPUS Homes and DECO Homes. Located within the broader Seaton community near the Greenwood Conservation Area, the development brings together several distinct townhome collections designed by the two builders.
