Park Mills is a planned 13-home detached residential development on Stegman's Mill Road in Kleinburg, Vaughan. The approved development covers the properties at 357, 365 and 375 Stegman's Mill Road and includes 12 detached homes on a common-element road together with one freehold detached home.

The site remains in the pre-construction stage. Current public sales availability, pricing, floorplans and construction timing have not been confirmed by the developer. The property was marketed in 2026 as a draft-approved residential development site.
