The Ann

The Ann is a proposed mixed-use condominium community by Kilmer Group and FRAM + Slokker in Port Credit, Mississauga. Planned near the Port Credit GO Station and the Hurontario transit corridor, the development will combine residential living with street-level retail in one of Port Credit’s most walkable neighbourhoods.

The current planning proposal is for a high-rise mixed-use development designed to introduce new residential housing alongside street-level commercial space. Residents will be within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, waterfront parks and major transit connections.

The Ann remains in the pre-construction planning stage, with sales details, floorplans, pricing and occupancy timing not yet publicly finalized.
