The Residences on Owen

The Residences on Owen is a condominium and condominium-townhouse development in downtown Barrie by Ballantry Homes, with Gillam Group involved in the project team. The development is planned as a 20-storey residential community with 278 residences, including conventional condominium suites and townhome-style units.

Residents are planned to have access to a range of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including fitness and wellness facilities, social and entertainment areas, resident lounges and shared outdoor spaces.

The downtown Barrie location provides convenient access to shops, restaurants, cultural destinations, parks, public transit and the waterfront along Kempenfelt Bay. The development is also within reach of major road connections serving Barrie and the surrounding region.
